Text Box: tion to grab a little snow beyond the stakes could result in trail loss, closure, bad feelings, etc. So please, be responsible. The last look out in the field will be an entrance point into the woods, thicket or hedge line leading out of the filed. This will be marked clearly to continue your ride. If any time you see a sign and don’t understand it, please ask any trail captain or officer for clarification. Also if you or your friends and family would like an update on current safety issues in general, the SNOWMOBILE SAFTEY COURSE is free, and will be given through out the county this year. Big Joe Dziduch heads up this course. It is scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 28, 2008, Text Box: Following closely to this phase will be signage placement in the wooded areas. The purpose of these signs is really simple– give riders a clear heads up on what’s just around the corner or over the rise, etc. This “look” is every rider’s best friend to be alert. Also, this “look” is extends into the fields. This year stakes are to be placed at both the left and right side of the trail at regular intervals traversing the entire field. Riders should stay to the right within the side boundary staking. Treat this just like a two lane highway. Your stakes are your “White fog lines” and you share the road with the oncoming traffic. Again the idea here is to respect private property and stay on the trail. TemptaText Box: at the Forestville High School on Academy Street in Forestville NY. The class will start at 9am.
